Priory seeks a part-time Residential Faculty to foster a welcoming, home-like dorm environment and support boarding students from diverse backgrounds. You will mentor students, communicate with families, and collaborate with the Residential Life Team to ensure safety, well-being, and a positive community experience.

The role requires shifts in the late afternoons and weekends, driving to activities as needed, and attendance at team meetings. A Bachelor's degree and driver’s license are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience working with adolescents, preferably in an educational or camp setting.
• Valid California Driver’s license required (or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety, well-being, and supervision of students in the boarding community.
• Reflect Priory's purposes and objectives to boarding students.
• Create a homelike, safe dorm environment in coordination with Residential Life Team.
• Work duty shifts: 3:00pm–11:00pm weekdays, 10:30am–11:30pm weekends (32–40 hours/week).
• Uphold policies in the Resident Handbook and maintain dorm order.
