Qualifications

Strong knowledge of wood panel products, applications, specifications, and related vendor processes.
Experience in sales support, customer service, purchasing, product support, or related wood products role is preferred.
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to internal and external requests.
Excellent communication and coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Provide fast, accurate responses to Outside Sales team requests related to board products, pricing, availability, lead times, quotes, and special orders.
Prepare and support price quotes for customers in coordination with Outside Sales and Customer Service.
Assist Outside Sales with product information, order details, vendor updates, and follow-up needed to support customer commitments.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory, Sales Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure accurate order processing and on-time deliveries.
Help resolve internal questions or obstacles quickly so the Outside Sales team can stay focused on customers.
