Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wood panel products, applications, specifications, and related vendor processes.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, purchasing, product support, or related wood products role is preferred.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to internal and external requests.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate responses to Outside Sales team requests related to board products, pricing, availability, lead times, quotes, and special orders.
• Prepare and support price quotes for customers in coordination with Outside Sales and Customer Service.
• Assist Outside Sales with product information, order details, vendor updates, and follow-up needed to support customer commitments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory, Sales Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure accurate order processing and on-time deliveries.
• Help resolve internal questions or obstacles quickly so the Outside Sales team can stay focused on customers.
