Formación

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Proven track record leading annual operating plans, forecasting, and long-range planning in a multi-brand environment.
• Experience leading M&A diligence, valuation, and integration in an acquisitive growth strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills influencing executives, brand presidents, and board members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A, investor reporting, and capital allocation across brands.
• Oversee financial due diligence and valuation for acquisitions/divestitures.
• Manage franchisee financial compliance programs and KPI oversight.
• Partner with CFO and executives on strategic financing decisions and resource optimization.
