Ascend Learning is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the finance team. You will partner with Ascend brands to deliver insightful analysis and reporting to optimize financial results and support Board presentations.

The role requires interaction with senior finance executives, including the CFO, and will involve preparing budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards in a hybrid environment at Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience in technology, software and/or digital learning a plus.
• Be able to perform planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Interpret information in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Demonstrated results orientation and ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide critical insight on business trends and strategic initiatives; develop analysis beyond standard reporting.
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and actual reporting against plan; drive corrective action planning.
• Develop dashboards to provide visibility into trends, pricing performance and KPIs.
• Build models, analyze data, generate insights, and influence business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives aligned with company goals.
