Job summary

Pinnacle Rehab Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role in Michigan. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise BCBAs? no—supervise technicians, and provide parent training for children with ASD.

Responsibilities include data review, documentation, and collaboration with families and care team. The role supports professional development and maintains BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential in good standing with BACB.
• Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families and care team.
• Review client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Complete documentation, reports and authorizations promptly.

• Meet productivity and supervision expectations.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.

Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid opportunity. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent training for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
