Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia for a hybrid role. Full-time, part-time, or contract options with in-person/remote flexibility. You will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead parent training while supporting client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Licensed Behavior Specialist/BCBA credential is needed
• Hybrid/Philadelphia-based role with flexibility for in-person and remote work

Responsibilities

• Team supervisor; build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly training and monitoring programs
• Develop and monitor individualized clinical treatment plans and evaluate effectiveness
• Deliver parent training and weekly ABA skill-building sessions to families
• Assess client progress over time; adjust plans as needed
• Maintain flexible scheduling and participate in hybrid Philadelphia work setup

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff

• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
