Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a team of clinicians and oversee individualized ABA programs in a hybrid Philadelphia setting. The role offers flexible hours for full-time or part-time work and opportunities to grow within a small, supportive practice.

You will supervise behavior technicians, train staff, and lead treatment plans while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Behavior Specialist License (Required) may be held, per local regulations.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians; provide weekly hands-on training.
• Develop and monitor individualized clinical programs and assess effectiveness.
• Conduct parent training and weekly ABA principle sessions.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate with families and staff; maintain flexible scheduling in Philadelphia hybrid setting.

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
