Thrive Therapy ABA Philadelphia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia for a full- or part-time hybrid role. You will supervise behavior technicians, develop and monitor individualized programs, and collaborate with families to apply ABA principles in real-life settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians; monitor programs and training.
• Develop and oversee individualized clinical programs; assess effectiveness.
• Provide parent training and support; build relationships with clients and families.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate flexible, hybrid scheduling in Philadelphia area.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
