Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kids and Family is looking for dedicated, motivated, and compassionate BCBAs to join our growing team! We are a warm, supportive, and collaborative company providing services to children and families throughout Philadelphia.
We work with children and young adults across a wide range of ages and
developmental needs up to age 21, with a specialty focus on early childhood and young elementary-aged children. Our program is rooted in ethical, child-led ABA that prioritizes meaningful relationships, individualized care, and helping children thrive in their natural environments.

Position Summary
As part of our ABA team, you will oversee and support individualized treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our BCBAs collaborate closely with families, behavior technicians, educators, and multidisciplinary providers to create meaningful goals that support communication,
emotional regulation, social engagement, adaptive functioning, independence, play skills, and overall quality of life.
