Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and train families in ABA principles. This role offers a hybrid in Philadelphia with flexible scheduling.

The successful candidate will oversee client progress, coordinate sessions, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a small, supportive team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of behavior technicians with weekly training.
• Develop and monitor clients' individualized clinical programs.
• Provide parent training sessions on ABA principles.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust plans.
• Coordinate scheduling in a hybrid in-person/remote setting.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia

Pay:

$90.00 - $100.00 per hour
