Job summary

Thrive Therapy in Philadelphia is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision, treatment planning, and parent training. The role offers flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model, with in-person or remote options in the Philadelphia area.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, develop individualized clinical programs, assess client progress, and support families through weekly training. Opportunities for growth exist as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed as a Behavior Specialist.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and conducting hands-on training.
• Ability to develop individualized clinical programs and monitor effectiveness.]
• Job requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work in hybrid/Philadelphia locations.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
