Job summary

Thrive Therapy in Philadelphia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs and supervise staff. The role supports families and clients through compassionate ABA, with hybrid in-person scheduling and flexible hours.

You will develop individualized plans, train technicians, and monitor progress while expanding your impact in a small, warm team. Full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA license is required for consideration.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and training staff.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and assess progress.
• Comfort with hybrid in-person/remote scheduling in Philadelphia.
