Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs remotely or in-person, and train parents across in-home, daycare, and school settings with flexibility to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

You will focus on clinical excellence while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings for seamless client support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
