Job summary

House of Hearts California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team. This hybrid role offers a meaningful caseload and opportunities to supervise in school and home settings.

You will manage an exclusive group of 7–10 clients, work with RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy while staying compliant with BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years of ABA experience preferred.
• Bonus points for school or home-based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for an exclusive group of 7–10 clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

• Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
