Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an exclusive caseload of 7-10 clients. You will supervise RBTs in school settings and provide telehealth supervision to families from home. The role emphasizes ethical practice and individualized treatment planning in a hybrid work environment.

The position welcomes 1+ years of ABA experience, with opportunities for career growth, leadership, and a supportive team culture dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current licensure where applicable.
• 1+ years of ABA experience, preferably with school or home-based work.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with educators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own exclusive group of 7-10 clients and deliver top-notch ABA services.
• Provide School-Based Supervision in person and In-Home Telehealth supervision.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on real needs.
• Build relationships with schools and communities to grow presence in the state.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.
