Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy services with a compassionate, mission-driven team. The role combines school-based supervision in person with in-home supervision via telehealth, overseeing a diverse caseload of keystones in care.

You will design assessments and treatment plans, supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators, while helping families and communities grow. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with 2+ years ABA experience.
• Experience in school- or home-based settings is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and parent coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of ADHD children?

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs-not checklists.
