Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team with hybrid work options in Florida. You’ll lead your own caseload, supervise RBTs in school settings, and provide telehealth supervision to families, delivering tailored ABA plans.

This part-time role demands 2+ years of ABA experience, a passion for high-quality care, and strong collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• 2+ years of ABA experience.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with schools.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for a group of clients.
• School-based supervision in person for RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth to guide families remotely.
• Assessments and treatment planning based on individual needs.
• Build relationships with schools and communities in the state.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
