Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead exclusive client groups and supervise RBTs. You will design individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct in-person school supervision and telehealth in-home supervision, and ensure ethical, high-quality care.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Massachusetts with competitive pay and growth opportunities within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

  • Must be a BCBA with 1+ years of ABA experience.
  • Experience in school or home-based settings is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
  • Provide school-based supervision in person.
  • Supervise in-home cases via telehealth.
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
  • Grow relationships with schools and communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

  • School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

  • In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

  • Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

  • Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
  • Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
