Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our hybrid role in Florida. The position offers $75-$90 hourly pay, with full-time or part-time schedules and 1+ years of ABA experience preferred.

You will supervise caseloads of 7–10 clients, including school-based and in-home telehealth supervision, while ensuring ethical practice. The organization emphasizes compassionate care, support, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
