House of Hearts ABA in Denver, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team. This hybrid role offers both remote and in-person supervision and therapy across school and home settings.
You’ll manage a small exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with educators and families while adhering to BACB ethics.

Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
