Job summary

Achievem ents ABA Therapy invites a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role focuses on treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training in diverse environments such as homes, daycares, and schools.

You will collaborate with a back-office team to maintain clinical excellence while delivering high-quality care for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and eligible to practice in GA.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate care across settings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and BACB guidelines.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
