Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, parent training, assessments, and team meetings across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona.

You'll work with a supportive back-office team and focus on clinical excellence while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance. Flexible part-time or full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
