Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated BCBA to advance clinical excellence and improve outcomes for children with autism. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and collaboration with schools, daycares, and homes across GA, NC, and AZ.

You will focus on clinical leadership while a back-office team handles administrative tasks, with compensation at $85–$100 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
