Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical work with children with autism. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across in-home, daycare, and school settings in GA, NC, and AZ.

You will work with a back-office team to maintain clinical excellence while ensuring HIPAA/BACB compliance, and collaborate with families to create positive outcomes. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
