Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a School-Based BCBA in Leonardtown, MD. This W-2 role offers hourly pay of $57–$62 and year-round benefits for full-time staff.

You'll conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, train parents, and collaborate with school teams to ensure coordinated care. Part-time benefits available; weekends and breaks are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
