Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Killeen, TX. The role is clinic-based with full-time and part-time options, offering a collaborative pediatric team and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

You will provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy alongside speech, OT, and PT, with mentorship, supervision hours toward BCBA certification, and a pathway to leadership within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with school teams and families for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$102,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM clinic hours
• Realistic billable expectations
• Optional weekend sessions available to make up missed hours

Clinical Support & Growth

• Individualized treatment using NET and other clinically appropriate strategies

Responsibilities

• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Texaslicensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
