HealthPro Pediatrics in Riverview, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the potential to grow to full-time and optional Saturday hours at nearby clinics.

This W-2 position offers $45–$50 per hour, a play-based, assent-based approach, and strong support from ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists designed to empower children and families.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.

HealthPro Pediatrics is growing our Riverview, FL team, and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment to join us!

• Immediate Part-Time opportunity to grow to Full-Time in the near future

• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
