Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Columbus, GA in-home ABA team. This full-time or part-time role offers a play-based, child-led approach and flexible schedules, with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM and optional weekend make‑up days.

You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver individualized interventions, with a strong focus on NET and natural

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• One year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide supervision.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked weekly.
• Deliver parent training to support skill generalization.
• Collaborate with disciplines, schools, and families for coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring for insurance reviews.

$85,000-$102,000/year + $5K sign-on bonus

HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Columbus ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in an environment where our kiddos are the most comfortable in Columbus, Ft. Moore, Midland, and Fortson, GA areas.

Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback

• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
