Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-impact ABA programs. You will develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with families and school teams to deliver holistic, ethical care.

A strong BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. You will guide clinical teams, ensure rigorous documentation, and pursue ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
