Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, assess progress, and mentor RBTs in a collaborative clinic setting. You will work closely with families and schools to ensure holistic care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
