Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Sullivan, Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA treatment plans, evaluate progress, and mentor RBTs within a collaborative, learning-focused practice. You will work with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive care and ethical standards are upheld.

The role requires a current BCBA in good standing, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
