Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Kansas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs. You will develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans while collaborating with families, schools, and the clinical team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
