Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions and mentor a team of clinicians in a collaborative, values-driven environment in Missouri.

The BCBA will develop and supervise treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, ethical care and meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
