Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Festus, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care and maintain high ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
