Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and design individualized ABA treatment plans for children. You will conduct essential assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience documenting and following professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
