Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while providing support to children with autism.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a related field and active BCBA certification. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including medical and 401(k), alongside opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia state licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.

Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA!

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and support children with autism and related developmental needs alongside our amazing team of interdisciplinary providers!

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM
