Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is seeking a licensed BCaBA for in-center ABA services. Role offers part-time or full-time schedules with total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year including base salary and monthly bonus plans.

Responsibilities include running behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland), creating goals, training RBTs, conducting parent training, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children on the spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
• At least a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments using VB-MAPP and Vineland.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and mentor RBTs.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide holistic care for children.
• Contribute to team growth and program development.
