Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Brandon, FL is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinic-based team. The role emphasizes a small caseload (average 5 clients per BCBA) and strong leadership with 20% supervision time, plus one work-from-home day weekly after requirements are met.

The position offers a salary range of $85K–$102K per year plus monthly bonuses, sign-on bonus or relocation assistance of $5,000, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• One year experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland) and create evidence-based goals.
• Train and support RBTs and lead parent training sessions.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth and culture while maintaining caseload efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.


• At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
