Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in South Tampa, FL. The role is primarily clinic-based with one work-from-home day per week after comps and 25 billable hours, and Monday–Friday hours with no weekends.

You will run assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland), create goals and behavior plans, train and support RBTs, and lead parent training. Compensation ranges from $85K–$102K annually, plus monthly bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus or

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and one year experience with children on the spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
