Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Colorado team. The role involves assessments, behavior plans, supervision of RBTs, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and caregivers.

• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.

The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide guidance and supervision to RBTs assigned to cases.

Duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
