Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. We serve families across multiple states and offer full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Positions include conducting intake evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and communicating progress to families. We support flexible hours and a collaborative, growth-focused environment with strong mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate and credentials required.
• Experience with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments.
• Relocating or reliable commute required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide care during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies and provide routine progress summaries.

We serve families in Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities. Sign-on and relocation bonuses available! Compensation up to $95,000 yearly (depending on state).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
• Manageable case loads
• BCBA (Required)
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
