Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role serving Kansas City families. The successful candidate will assess individuals, design behavior plans, and supervise therapists and caregivers to apply interventions effectively.

Responsibilities include data-driven progress reviews, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ongoing training to support staff and families in achieving meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Job Summary: Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 anually
