Job summary

Sunshine Advantage in South Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism. You will provide leadership, supervise RBTs, and develop high-quality ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.

You will conduct assessments, generate data-driven reports, train staff, and ensure documentation and billing compliance while collaborating with clinical leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required (board-certified in behavior analysis).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
  • Resident of South Carolina or able to work within SC licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care.
  • Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations.
  • Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.
  • Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.
  • Provide culturally responsive parent training tailored to each family's needs.
  • Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals.
  • Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.
  • Provide telehealth services for clients in other states, as needed, in accordance with licensure and policy.

What You Need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism

  • Resident Living in South Carolina
  • Successful background check clearance
