Job summary

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

We emphasize assent-based, compassionate ABA, autonomy and dignity, manageable caseloads, professional growth, and flexible work-from-home options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure, where applicable.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations, if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, Medicaid, and payer requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education.
• Support the growth of a positive, collaborative, and compassionate clinical culture.
