Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification in good standing.
• Two years of experience with children on the autism spectrum (preferred).
• Commitment to BACB ethics, HIPAA and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality clinical ABA services to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement interventions.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, privacy and documentation standards.

Who We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, plus a current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Experience: At least two years working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary team setting (preferred).

• Ethical Standards: Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
