Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA at the Plainfield North Clinic to deliver exceptional ABA services and support our team. You will conduct assessments, develop therapy programs, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to empower children and staff alike.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and relevant licensure. You'll also mentor RBTs and contribute to a culture of support and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license‑eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.
