Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead and collaborate in a clinic-based environment with some remote flexibility and strong team support.

You will maintain a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care, and mentor BTs/RBTs while partnering with families to deliver high-quality ABA services and achieve meaningful learner outcomes. The position includes flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
