Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our in-clinic team and collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $120,000, remote-friendly scheduling, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligible to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation and case management abilities.
