Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. The role offers in-clinic work with remote flexibility and a supportive clinical team, ensuring manageable caseloads and ongoing collaboration with specialists.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA and an advanced degree in ABA, psychology, or education, plus NC licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
