Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values flexibility and strong clinical support. This full-time role offers in-clinic work with remote flexibility and a collaborative environment.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to implement effective, ethical ABA programs while ensuring thorough documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
